The site works, mostly, when I go to it on the iPad in Safari. At least all links I tapped on took me somewhere or gave me menues.
There is a Adobe Flash warning in the header, so some functionality may be dependent on that.
You can try one of the Flash enabled browses. These browsers view the page using remote servers thens send it to your iPad, to get around the lack of Flash on the iPad.
I like the Puffin browser, and since it has a virtual trackpad, you can use it (awkwardly) with almost any site. There is a free 14 day trial version, so you can check it with your site and see if it works.
But, if you have not done so you should try the usual fixes, below. You can also go to Settings > Safari and Clear Cookies and Data. Some sites store information they need to work correctly locally on the iPad. When this gets corrupted they may stop working. Hold in mind that sites that normally remember you will need you to log in again after you do this.
Also, you need to have Private Browsing turned off. It's on if Safari's header is not a light gray. And Block Cookies in Safari's settings should be set to Third parties and advertisers. {in iOS 6 is is an Allow settings instead of a Block setting, so allow only Visited Sites (or something like that) if you are on iOS 6}

The Usual Fixes
------------------------------
When you have problems with an app it's a good idea to clear it from RAM.
Close/Clear the app:
iOS 6: With the problem app closed, double tap on the Home button to get the multitask bar. Tap and hold on any icon in the bar until they jiggle, then tap the minus sign on the problem app.
iOS 7: Double tap the Home button to get the multitasking display. Swipe up on the problem app's thumbnail image (not the icon).
If that does not work try a restart,
Restart: Hold down the power button until the power off slider appears. Slide it off. When the iPad finishes shutting down, hold down the power button again until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends you restart the iPad at least once a month.
and then a reset if that does not work.
Reset: Hold down the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears. The iPad will reboot. This usually takes a bit longer than a restart.
Reset All Settings: Another, somewhat more drastic thing you can do is Reset All Settings. You'll find this under Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. It won't erase any of your content, apps, or accounts; but you will have to go through most of your other settings and re-tweak them back to your liking.
