Shutter sound

How do you turn off the shutter sound of the camera....tried the mute button found on the side of the ipad but it didnt work....

The only way to turn off the shutter sound is to throw the iPad out the window and buy an android tablet that is more customizable and less restrictive

Is your side switch set to lock orientation instead of mute?

It's set to mute....

It should work with that mute button. Perhaps it's turned on instead of off?

There is a possibility that the facility does not exist for iPads sold in your country to have the shutter sound turned off. In some markets (South Korea is one) it is illegal to offer silent photography.

I can't find any evidence that it is illegal in the Philippines, but it could be worth asking local users if they are able to do it.

I'm pretty sure that is turned to mute...well actually I bought this ipad in Japan...
