Sharing contacts with another iPad user

I'd like to share my contacts with another iPad user who is not part of my family. I sync my contacts to MS Outlook. Is it possible to transfer these several hundred entries to the other user all at once? Thank you!

MS Outlook should allow you to export you contacts (on the computer) to either a csv or vCard file. The second is preferable.

Depending on what your friend is using for contact syncing, they may be able to import one or both of these file formats. GMail will do so. No way to do it (as far as I know) on the iPad itself. You'll need to do it though the accounts they sync with.
