Scanning in notes

After upgrading to iOS11, my notes app does not have the keyboard or symbols to use scanning. Same for my iPhone 6s. Tried hard reboot, but still not there.

But my keypad does not have those symbols. Just looks like an ordinary keypad.

Do you use iCloud in your Notes app, or a different account?
When I try the same with my Gmail account, I don’t get the scan feature either. It’s working with iCloud only.

Yes, I am using iCloud. Checked settings, and hard rebooted twice. Nothing!

Contacted Apple, had to reset device, now it works.[emoji1303]
