I need a app for ipad, for organize my sounds (150) and lunch it true an external MIDI controller ( Alessis triggerIO).
I must be able to organize my sounds and put in each sound a midi note, like C3, G4, C2….
What you recommendt

Outside my expertise, but perhaps something like djay 2. It's a popular, highly rated app for DJ work, and seems to have all the features you mentioned. Might be overkill.

Actually, what he is looking for is in the latest update to Garage Band.
He needs to explore the section entitled ,'Live Loops.'
Allows you drop loops in a matrix then trigger any cell, column, or row in the matrix with a midi command.
Beat slicing and tempo matching automatically.
