Safari still associates with closed Twitter account

I have a new twitter account but when I try and link a Safari web page to a tweet, the option is only to use the closed account.

How do I associate Safari to the new twitter account?

If the old account is still in Safari - Saved Passwords, delete it from there.

I did delete the saved passwords but the old account is still the one Safari chooses. There is still no option for the new account.

Is the old account still saved to Settings - Twitter?
