Try the usual fixes:
Restart your device: turn it off, wait for a few minutes and turn it on again.
Reset it: press and hold Home and Power button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release them and let the iPad start on it's own.
Force close apps: double tap Home button/four finger swipe upwards to reveal the multitask bar, then drag the thumbnails above app icons towards the top of the screen.
Also delete history, cookies and data in Safari settings.
