Running Average in Numbers

Hello. I was wondering if anybody knew how to create a running average in Numbers. I take data weekly, and each time I need to add a new column of cells. These newly added cells need to be used as part of my average function, but I don't want to go back to the equation cell and add the newly created cells. Can someone make this easier for me? Thanks!

the best i can offer is to set up one-time.. increase to 52 columns initially for the 52 weeks of the year, and then use the average function to cover the entire range. you don't need to worry as the function considers only non-blank cells.
