Rosetta Stone Releases iPad App

Just in time for the holiday season, Rosetta Stone has today launched a new iPad app. The leading provider of technology-based language-learning solutions has introduced the new app to bring the live, online tutorial features of Rosetta Stone TOTALe Studio HD to the iPad 2 and the newest iPad. The app is designed to supplement the core Rosetta Stone software, providing a platform for users to engage in both content and conversation, with up to four learners using the app to sharpen their language skills via live, 50-minute sessions led by native-speaking tutors in a fun interactive environment. The tutors can use the personal interface to directly help participants overcome any barriers that they may experience.

• Rosetta World®. Students practice their new language online using interactive games and stories that are designed for their learning level. These activities build confidence, increase interest and add valuable reinforcement to language learned in Rosetta Course lessons.
• TOTALe Course™ HD, TOTALe Studio™ HD, TOTALe Companion™ and Audio Companion®. Students can continue building their language skills with innovative mobile applications built for iPad®, iPhone®, iPod touch® and select Android™ devices, or they can review on the go with Audio Companion for MP3 players.
