Resume on ipad

I have read several ways to put my resume onto my Ipad and then upload to an application that I am filling out. I don't have a clue. I am needing someone to actually help me step by step on how to do this. I have tried for weeks and weeks to figure this out. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get.
