Have used my reminder notes with some quite extensive notes. Since moving to 7 I don't seem to be able to move down through these notes, I keep getting sent back to the top. Any thoughts?

Hi j and b and welcome to the forum. Reset your iPad, a good thing to do periodically and especially following a system revision/upgrade. Do this:
Simultaneously hold down the On/Off and Home buttons until the screen blacks out. Keep holding both until the white Apple logo appears and then let both go. Then wait until your wallpaper appears. Restart your iPad.

The reset is the best idea.
The only other thing I can think of is if you are accidentally tapping in the Status Bar (the top where the battery icon is). Maybe the way you are holding it. Most apps will scroll to the top of their page when you tap there; Reminders included.
I couldn't test this 100%, as the only way I can get a list long enough to be scrolled is by showing completed tasks.
