Recovery Mode Problems

Hello Everyone,

I got an ipad as an early christmas present. I registered it and it immidiately reccomended to me to updated the IOS. while updating it suddenly stopped bringing up an error message. Since it's in recovery mode and every time i try to restore it the same error comes up. I've tried chainging USB ports as well as trying to restore it on another christmas. Please help!!!

I have the same problem. Mine says error 28.

I cant make it connect to itunes for the restore!
