Can create a photo with your contact information, then use it as your lock screen. If you are creative enough it can even look good.

I used a simple, free app called Make It Big, and used that to make a lock screen wallpaper with my contact info in case my devices are found. (I just typed out what I wanted, took a screen capture and used as wallpaper. I even emailed it to myself to use on my Android phone, as well as using it on all my iDevices.)

Make It Big offers just type (in many fonts) and endless color selection for typeface and background. I like a clean look, so that works for me.
