Qr code reader on the ipad.

I'm looking for a qr code reader, NOT the kind where you use the camera.
I do use a iPad 2, but sometimes I find some codes on the Internet, and if I wanted to scan them without loading it onto my computer, and then scanning it. It's ok if it's a paid app, but I wanted it to be free.

I use Easy QR as it lets you scan with the camera or from an image saved to the camera roll. It also can create codes if you are interested in that
