Possible to downgrade ipad mini from 6.1.3 to 6.1.2

Hello, I was just wondering if it was possible to Downgrade an ipad mini running 6.1.3 to 6.1.2 so I can jailbreak? Thanks

Unfortunately, no. There are no available downgrades for any A5+ devices with the exception of the iPad 2, which can downgrade from iOS 6.X to 5.X assuming you have iOS 4 and 5.X blobs, and the iPad 3 with the re-restore from iOS 5 to the exact same iOS 5.

So I can't do it on my 6.1.3 mini, looks like I'll have to wait for ios 7 haha
