Plex media server issues, ipad cannot connect

I have been using the windows version of plex media server around the house for a few months now with no major issues, however, since updating to windows plex media server 0.9.3.4-29679ad (aka the latest build) my apple tv 2 is able to connect perfectly, but my ipad cannot! Very annoying!

Ideas, similar issues, and solutions would be great...
