Playing .wmv and other formats from email

I'm not sure if it is possible (I haven't found a way) to play .wmv or other formats from my email. I keep getting emails that have attachments and I can't open the files......Help.

Try OPlayer. Once you have it downloaded it should be possible to tap-hold on the attachments in Mail, then choose to Open In.. to copy them to OPlayer, which will play wmv fine.

There are other apps that other members like better, so you might want to search the forum for 'play wmv files' (use the custom Google search at the top of the page for best results).
