Can I merge two photo event folders using only my iPad and not a computer

Not using the default photo app. It's pretty basic. You can add the same images to multiple albums, but you have to select the images one at a time. There are other apps available like Photo Manager Pro which offers more advanced features, but I don't know if merging folders is one of them.
