Photo Stream not working

This is likely a general ipad (iOS) issue or just my pc but

In the past Photo Stream has worked great. Take a photo with the ipad, it shows up in the camera roll and photo stream and transfers to the correct file on my PC. With iOS 7 and Photo Share (both turned on in my ipad settings) Photo stream does NOT transfer to my PC but Photo Shares do. Also uploads from the PC to the ipad work fine and show up on the iPad.

1. Is it just me or do others have this issue?
2. Maybe it is either or: Photostream on or PhotoShare on to upload to your PC but the toggles on the ipad allow both.
3. I'm fine with PhotoShare photos with myself as a way to get photos up to the PC but I have to select them rather than have them all load- extra effort.
4. And if photostream is disabled with PhotoShare on then why do photos go to that file on the ipad as well as to camera roll?

Must be something about your setup as my photostream works as it should.

Make sure all your devices are charged to 20% or more otherwise photos won't stream.
