Photo Question

Hello,

Just bought and used the "Photo Transfer APP" for transferring photos from my windows PC to new iPad.
Works fine.

Question:

For anyone using this particular APP, or others that are similar, how can one also transfer some of the data along with the Photo ?
This APP I now have just seems to transfer the Photos.

Are there other APPS to add date and titles/names at least (before or after the transfer) ?
This one seems to work just fine, but I wouldn't mind getting another one if "better".

Or, is it actually there on the iPad for each photo, and I just don't know how to make it visible ?

Thanks for suggestion.

Several apps with names,like iFile in the App Store.

But nothing, apparently, from Cydia.

Might you please give me the full, exact, name please.
