PDF reader with dictionary+annotations+speech

Hello,
I'm searching hard, a PDF reader for IPAD2, doing these three needs :
+ annotations
+ dictionary ( precisely translate from english to french)
+ text to speech.

I spend a lot of time searching on google, and I don't found these three features on ONE PDF reader.

Hi chamamiller.
I'm looking for something similar so I can read French newspapers etc and when I come to a word I can't recognise, I can touch it and get an English translation. Have you had any success in your search?
