That can be done in Settings - General - Passcode Lock.

That can be done in Settings - General - Passcode Lock.

In Passcode Lock it says After 4 Houres. If i tap it i get a message to enter passcode.No option to dissable.

Tap Passcode Lock, in spite of the 4 hours, then you get to the next screen. At the top you'll see "Turn Passcode Off". Tap it, a popup appears, you have to enter your passcode once more, and then it should be disabled.
