As the holiday month draws nearer and nearer, customers who are looking to purchase a gadget are naturally flocking in Apple retail stores and of course, online. And what’s one of the most popular gift targets? The new iPad mini, apparently. As of this week, Cupertino posted a notice saying that all iPad mini orders completed by the 4th of December at midnight will receive “guaranteed†delivery until Christmas for American and Canadian shoppers. Apple.ca instructs:
“Order iPad mini by midnight December 4 for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Check cart for details. Or buy at your favorite Apple Retail Store.â€
So if you hurry up, you will get the chance to get the delivery before your family flocks into the living room and starts unwrapping gifts. Orders made after the 5th will most likely not make it in time for Santa Claus to put them in his bag before he goes down the chimney.
Apple has been facing problems with the increased demand for the iPad mini. Samsung, one of Cupertino’s biggest competitors, hasn’t reportedly supplied enough displays. Also, the assembly process has proved to be more difficult than expected, as well. Still, Apple is trying its best to produce as many devices as it can to satisfy the taste of consumers.
