L larjan iPF Noob Feb 26, 2015 #1 It seems since latest update I can be on my ipad and/or using my bluetooth keyboard and an onscreen dark colored key board will pop up. Can't figureout why,. It will go away if I use my escape button. Wondering what is happening

twerppoet iPad Fan Feb 26, 2015 #2 Might be the search keyboard. You get this by swiping down in the middle of a home screen. The password keyboard is often dark as well. If you take a screenshot the next time it happens, we 'might' be able to guess what it is. Or not.
