Numbers Templates

Hi all! I've been searching high and low for good forms templates for numbers and have yet to find anything except for Ned Kubica's templates which have poor ratings. I downloaded the free version and it was completely unhelpful. Any ideas?

You can try Googling for iWorks templates. Most that turn up will be for the OS X version of Numbers, but you should be able to download them and use Open In to copy them to Numbers. Numbers will tell you what features it had to remove. If the template is not too involved it should still be usable.
