Newbie to all things Apple!!

Hello all, nice to meet you.

Yes, it's true. This is my first ever Apple purchase.
I can't believe it took me so long, love my new iPad3!!
All because a friend refused to advise me on what new laptop to buy. He said iPad was the way to go!

I wanted to use it for presenting my sculpture slides, haven't even got to that bit yet! Still playing...

Maybe an iPhone next...?

Careful there, Soopy - that's what happened to me! I got an iPad, then the next thing you know, here I am with an iPhone 4S (and I don't even LIKE cell phones!). Soon, I'm sure I'll be looking with covetous eyes at an iMac or something. The only thing that is saving me there is my desktop is only a year old.

The iPad IS a gateway drug for Apple products ... so, you have been warned!

But, seriously, welcome to the forum. Glad to see you - please enjoy your visits here.

Mickey is so right here, I now have a Mac and iPhone and will be getting the 4S very soon. Enjoy!

The IPad Forum is a community of members from all walks of life and from all over the world coming together to share our experiences and to help each other learn about this wonderful piece of technology the Ipad.
