New to iPad

Hi all. Was recently bought a new iPad by my daughter. Seems great but I'm still getting used to it. The technology is amazing though, it's so fast even with our poor broadband levels where we live in France.:thumbsdown:. Love the massive range of apps available but having trouble getting sound on some of them !
