Hi, motivator, and welcome to the forum!
There are a whole lot of posts concerning stands for the iPad. Please use the Google search function (up in the top right) to see what people have talked about in the past.
When I ran a search, the first post I found was this 16-page one: http://www.ipadforums.net/ipad-accessories/4651-reading-bed-needing-stand.html. Maybe there's something in there.
