Hello, I just picked up my Ipad yesterday. Looking forward to see how much I like using it.

I do have a question already. It hooked up to my house wifi but at work I get a strong signal bar but a message that says it cannot connect to the internet. Where should I post my question??

Thanks,
schreijo

First of all, welcome to the forum!

Probably, the best place to post questions like this are in the iPad Help section.
iPad Help - Apple iPad Forum

As far as your situation, just because you are getting a strong signal on your WiFi indicator, that only means you have a good connection to your router, but does not necessarily mean you can connect to the Internet.

Without knowing what brand/model router you have and how what security scheme you are using, it is going to be pretty hard to give you a definitive answer.

The other thing you should do is download a copy of the iPad User Guide. It is available for free in several different formats.

a) As a free PDF download from the Apple website --
http://support.apple.com/manuals/#ipad

This can (and should!) be saved on your computer and your iPad.

b) As a free iBook once you download the free iBook app from the iTunes App Store.

c) Online using the link provided in the Safari favorites on your iPad.

The answers to many questions, especially if this is your first Apple mobile "iDevice", can be answered by spending some quality time with this handy document.
