Hello everyone. I am new to this site after buying my first IPad 4. I have had it for a month. I had to exchange it once , due to stuttering and flickering problems. This new is having the same issue. I spoke with apple and did all the resets and new set-up as a new IPad. What can I do next? I have Apple care as well. Any help is appreciated.
