tap and hold one finger on each of the halfes at the same time and move them into the center of the screen.

Are you on the ipf- app or on the web?
On the web there is a button with "Quicklinks" on the top - head to subscribed threads. There are all threads you participated at.
On the App there is a button with subscribed threads.

But I am sure he got that message here as well!
