My ipad 2 can't access iFiles and Cydia

Hi and welcome to the Forum!
As you are Jailbroken I've moved your thread to our Hacking Section where you will receive a better response.
The IPad Forum is a community of members from all walks of life and from all over the world coming together to share our experiences and to help each other learn about this wonderful piece of technology the Ipad. What do you mean by "failed"? Do they not open or do you get a notice that there is an error? Did you just download something before this behavior started? In other words, can you please tell us what you were doing, or what the iPad did, just before iFile and Cydia stopped working for you.
