Which formats do you find to be the best for viewing on iPad?

I've only used mp4 but it works fine for me so I haven't bothered to try other formats.

I don't like to convert files, it takes too long. I'd rather watch them immediately on an app.

I use the aiseesoft product from dvd-to-ipad-software.com it has a free trial and works well

What is people's experience with Foxreal? If you work for Foxreal, have you compared this to Handbrake or othere products?

Which format takes up less drive space when converting H.264, MPEG-4 video, or M-JPEG? I currently use DVDFAB/Hand Brake?

Try DVD Catalyst 4. I use it all the time and it is fairly quick. $9.95 and a free trial.
