We human keep looking for lasting happiness at the wrong places. We seek external pleasures, believing them to bring happiness.
We end up most of the time, disappointed, realizing that it was just a mirage. If we only realize happiness is all the time right here with us.
Once knowing, the bliss is beyond words. When are we waking up?

Yes, if we react to what is happening on us, for sure we will get disappointed.

Therefore we just need to calm down and observe why we ask for this experience?

Difficult? No, just a bit of practice and we will get use to it. ^^

Dear csllanna, I must declare that you take really good photos. You have an eye for the beauty of nature, that we normally misses, due to our indulgence and quest, always for something better. How sad, we misses such beauty, right in front of us. I remembered a Malay proverb that goes like this: Kuman di seberang nampak, gajah di depan tidak. Translated it says: germs across we saw, elephant in front of us, we don't. I thank you Lanna, for sharing your gift.
