Missing Personal Videos after iOS5

Hi! I have some short personal videos which I use for marketing or sharing. These videos were made by me. They're still on my iTunes on my PC but I can't get them on my iPad2 ever since the iOS5 upgrade. I've synced so many times but still no luck. Any bit of advise will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
