Hi pals son-welcome to the forum!
Are you sending it to people who have an iPhone or iPad and that have iOS 5 installed? Made sure that this is the case first. You can only send to people within that "network."
When you send an email, you also need to know what email address your friend is using to receive messages. Hope that helps you. Let us know if it doesn't. Good luck!
