Memory full

I Have a 16gb iPad 2 which I am using on a flight from London to new York. I have downloaded several movies to watch on the plane, however my memory is now full and I can't put anything else on it. As I specifically bought these to watch later, can I delete them now and retrieve them at a later date?

If you bought them in iTunes, uncheck the ones you're saving for later as you begin a sync in the movies tab. They'll remain in your account and can be added later by checking them during another sync.

I see, so I have to connect it to the pc via USB to do this via iTunes.
