Marine Navigation App for Gulf of Mexico?

Will be going on a cruise stopping in Honduras, Cozumel and Belize City...Anyone know of a navigation app that would include charts of this area? thanks...

Try Garmin Blue Charts. I think you may have to buy the charts No experience with it.
