Make audio play on pc thru bluetooth

I'm hoping this can be done as I have a lot of devices that do this. When I am playing audio on my iPad I would like to be able to play it on a pc in the house which are hooked up to speakers. Over Bluetooth or wifiwould be fine.

Just audio and I have win 7 x64
