Looking for app that doesn't require outdoor viewing

Live in urban area with poor visibility, plus very cold nights. Is there a program that can view sky via GPS?

There is sky sky view you can use it o. Your sofa on a seat do not need good visibility you do not have to scan it

I have StarWalk. Works pretty well. Feature rich, and a red-light mode for keeping your night vision intact.
