Keyboard

My Boost Mobile app does not bring up my keyboard up. The only app that is doing it. Just started today. Apple Support on twitter never respond anymore. Any idea what might be wrong?

In my experience when a keyboard does not come up in an app it is because the editable field is not selected. Sometimes entry fields are automatically selected, and the keyboard appears when you open the app. Other times you have to actually tap the field.

If tapping the field is not working, and no cursor appears, then perhaps the app is having issues with the newest update. Check the App Store and make sure you are using the newest version. I looked, and if I have the right app it was last updated about a week ago.

If it is still not working, you might have better luck getting useful support from the app provider.
