Itunes store and apple id

Hi all ipad2 owners and forum members, as a newbie here i would like to thank all who had developed and manage this useful forum. I live in turkey and as i see my iPad turkish iTunes Store does not support most of the contents. i had tried to change the id informations but it gives a warning that this id can be used only with turkish iTunes Store. I wanna use all contents so is there any global Store or anyway to make id useful for full content stores....?

If it is about the payment information may i use my paypal account with it?

You have to create a new id for each store, as they an address listed in the country the store is in. Search the forum, they are plenty of threads about setting up alternative store access.
