I sync my iPad2 with my Windows 7 Ultimate PC.
Running iTunes 10.2.2.14
Bought the iPad last week and synced it 4 times with no issues. First issue was last night. The first issue I had was it kept disconnecting. Securing the cable into the PC resolved this issue. Then I receive another message stating ipad cannot be synced. The required disk cannot be found. So I tried a different cable and USB port but same error. I left iPad to charge all night and turned off PC. Tried to sync again this morning with same message.

solved my own issue, took the usb extender out of the mix and plugged cable directly into PC. Apparantly iPad2 does not communicate well thru usb hubs.
