Is there an App that 2 people can access to modify a "to do " type list from different devices with difference iTunes accounts? Only think I can think is drop box but the other user cannot modify the file only the owner of drop box could.

Ant suggestions?

If you both have iCloud, you can share lists from the Reminders app.

Go to icloud.com in a computer browser (must be reasonably up to date). Sign in and open the Calander app, click on the small wireless-looking icon next to the reminder list you wish to share, and add the iCloud email address of the person you wish to share it with. They will receive an email with a link. They tap and hold that link in their email to accept the shared list. (my details might be slightly off on this, but it should be close enough).

I do share a shopping list with my wife where I had to sign on with email and password, possible on several devices. Unfortunately it is in fact a German App I don't know if available in English as well...

"My Tasks" is using your (a) google-mail task list, so it might be an idea to get a google mail address just for this purpose...

Yup. Just click on the link and it works, and is in English. Thanks for the info, hpulmer.

I knew My Taks is in English as well, just did not even mention the shopping list we use... Thought My Taks would suit you more anyway.
Good to know I could help!

We use an app called Cozi. It's a calendar, todo, tasks, journal, etc app. It also can be updated via the web, has an Outlook add-in too. Just create a single sing-in and anyone can access and modify.

Additionally, if you have MS Office, you can use One Note.

Wunderlist is great. It's free and syncs to (free) Wunderlist.com, so as long as you both sign in with the same email address on your phone, you'll have the same set of lists.

Well I tried this to start with so we didn't have to get more apps. Its exactly what we need, thanks.

Thanks for all the replies.
