I guess it's the rite time to upgrade to ios 5.0.1 for all..specially iPad 2 owners who are on 4.3.4-4.3.5

If I may, however, I'd like to add this caution: If you are waiting to upgrade (as in, you haven't moved up to iOS 5.0.1), don't - until an untethered jailbreak has actually been released to the public. Best to be safe than sorry... YMMV.
