A new feature of Safari in iPadOS14 is the Privacy Report. To view the report tap on the double A button at the top left of the screen then select Privacy Report. You’ll then see a report of all the website and tracking cookie info that Safari has detected.
The screenshots are from my iPhone but the feature works the same way on the iPad.

How buggy has iPadOS 14.1 been? I am still at 13.7 after reading too many problem reports on 14 and 14.01. The new features mean nothing to me, I just want stability. Soon, I'm sure Apple will start nagging me to update...

Good Luck! A few days ago, I went to 14.2 on four iDevices w/o a problem - not sure how buggy it may be but will likely find out soon enough? - Dave

I finally installed 14.3 yesterday. No problems so far, though I'm not sure the new Photos app is an improvement.

When I put pictures on forums the pictures were in order of when I took them now they just seem random it’s a pain.
