IPad4 camera

As far as I know, the only apps usable with the camera are Facetime, which requires an iDevice at the other end, or Skype, which is cross-platform, meaning your contact can have a non-Apple device such as an Android phone or a PC. Skype also has the advantage that it will work over 3G, instead of just wifi.
