IPAD2 Memory Problem

I have had an IPAD2 since June 2011 & until recently it hasn't dropped memory.

I have been watching the memory, after launching any app, it steadily drops memory and
after running about 4 hours (the battery is fine) the unit runs out of memory & reboots itself
and then I have between 330-357 Meg of memory.

Any ideas? If I have any program running that is causing the memory leak or if you can recommend
any program to buy I will buy it to stop the memory leak.

The IPAD2 is jailbroken.

How would I list all of the tweaks? Any ideas?

in cydia, there is a section for 'INSTALLED" tweaks/apps.

I looked at all the tweaks/apps & don't see anything that may be causing the memory leak.
