It's not possible. JB for an iPad2 is for iOS 4.3.3 only.

So did I misunderstand your question? I thought you were asking if anyone had an iPad2 on iOS 4.3.5 that was jailbroken.

OK - I'm confused. iPad2 JB is only available for iOS 4.3.3 - no other iPad2 JB is available, whatever version of iOS you have.

It is not possible unless you saved your iOS 4.3.3 blobs - see the Hacking section stickies for details. If you didn't save your blobs (or you don't know what that means) then there is no way to downgrade.
