My contact list vanished. How do I recover it?

Try this...Open iTunes....connect your iPad....go to "info" on the main screen...scroll down to "advanced"....check the box for "contacts".....then sync.

Or.....after your iPad is connected to iTunes....right click on the iPad and choose "restore from back up"...this will restore everything that was previously backed up not just your contacts...everything. Try the above suggestion first.
